PROGRAMMING & ENGINEERING

After we process your PO and order all required material your new job will head out to our programming department.  Depending on what type of drawing or part file you've provided, we will either re-draw or just simply utilize your electronic part file to program our lasers and punch press equipment.  Rest assured that your parts will not even be processed without having the flat development inspected by our QC Department first.  This critical step ensures that your part will be processed correctly the first time.  

We strongly recommend providing us with any of the following part files:

• .SLDPRT (If Using Solidworks)
• .SLDDRW (If Using Solidworks)
• .dxf
• .dwg
• .step (If Not Using Solidworks)

Capabilities include 2D and 3D model part drawing.
